About Me
As a seasoned Sr. Principal Cybersecurity Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, I bring over 16 years of extensive experience in cybersecurity, information technology, and systems engineering. Currently, I serve as the Product Owner for Program Protection and Security on critical contracts with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), ensuring compliance with the highest standards in cybersecurity and risk management.
My career journey began at Boeing IDS, where I developed my foundational skills in information systems engineering and project management. Over the years, I have held various roles, including Information Technology Manager and Information Assurance Engineer, where I honed my expertise in managing IT infrastructures, implementing security frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams.
At Northrop Grumman, my role involves overseeing Agile processes, managing software assurance, and ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other federal regulations. I chair the Information Technology Change Control Board, perform security impact analyses, and manage patch processes for multiple software applications.
My academic background includes a B.S. in Management of Technology with a minor in Computer Science from Athens State University. I hold numerous certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Six Sigma Black Belt, and ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
