First Impressions
The unboxing of the watch:
The initial overview:
The box came in, and it was unusually heavy, this definitely grabbed my attention. I have recieved a few watches, and this was by far the heaviest box. I opened the box, and I was very surprised to see that the watch box that the SISU Bravado came in was in the form of an ammo box. This was a very interesting watch box, it has the SISU logo on the clamp; the SISU logo on the top and back of the box, and on the sides was the marking of +SR 232.119 (Origin of Goods) which is required for being "Swiss Made" and the GPS coordinates of Suaskuru-Montellinmaja, Enontekio Finland. So, now lets talk about the SISU Bravado - it is definitely an Conversation Starter - this is an phenomenally simple , but attention grabbing timepiece. The Cross design really stands out, the numbering scheme is different (3,6,9 and what looks to be a zero at 12). The crown is located at the 10 o'clock marker and the date is at the 4 o'clock marker - a different look that draws peoples attention. The strap is very wide, and very comfortable. This is a great timepiece for any collection, and I am glad that I have added it to my collection.
The fit:
The SISU Bravado Cross is a a great watch to wear when you are out on the town, or out doing casual adventures. I You could wear it in a business casual environment, but it is more of a sports watch than a dress or business style watch. This takes absolutely nothing away from the SISU Bravado Cross - it is an amazing time piece, and I will wear it every opportunity that I get, but this is not the watch for you if you do not like attention, or if you do not like conversation starter watches - because if you wear the SISU Bravado Cross you will need to deal with both of those situations.
